GALLANT

Global competence and the linguistic landscape at the technical university

Our method

With a short survey, carried out in 2022 and collecting answers from 870 respondents from more than 50 universites in 40 countries, we aim to analyze the educational landscape at technical universities against the backdrop of relevant stakeholders’ perspectives, with the goal of formulating well-grounded and practically applicable recommendations for linguistic, communicative, and cultural training in support of optimized global competence education at engineering and technical universities.

What competencies do you need?
